In Spring 2027, Meister will be celebrating twenty years of delivering remarkable stonework across the UK, from landmark facades to heritage restorations and everything in between. We’ll be welcoming industry professionals back to our Gloucestershire facilities for Stone Mastered, our expanded three-day Open Day event.
We are inviting architects, designers, engineers, contractors and anyone working with stone to join us at our Gloucestershire facilities for a hands-on experience. Each day will have a slightly different theme, with specialist CPDs, guided tours, live demonstrations and interactive activities running throughout each of the days.
See our full workflow in action: right from the starting block all the way to the finished piece, our team will guide visitors through sawing, carving, banker masonry, fixing and finishing.
Take part in our accredited CPD presentations from 11am each day, offering architects, contractors and surveyors a richer understanding of contemporary stonemasonry. Our team will guide you through stone selection, performance, detailing and best practice for both new-build and conservation projects.
These CPD sessions are designed to offer valuable technical insight to all, and are delivered by experienced practitioners who work with these materials every day.
Six dedicated banker stalls and three guest carving stalls will allow you the chance to work directly with stone under the guidance of our skilled team. It’s an excellent opportunity to pick up a chisel and try your hand at carving!
Our Stone Mastered event offers plenty of opportunities to meet fellow professionals, exchange ideas and build new connections. Whether you’re discussing project challenges over coffee or sharing interests during the afternoon break, our team will be on hand to introduce you to others across the industry.
Breakfast pastries, light bites and mini bacon rolls will be served from 10am. The lunch offering will change each day, and all catering will be locally sourced where possible. Veggie, vegan and gluten-free options will also be available.
For our 20th anniversary celebrations on Friday we’ll also have catering served into the evening.
Across all three days, you can also have a go at some of the other challenges we have in store, including:
