Meister Masonry works closely with the Client and main contractor to offer a complete range of services from the start of a stone project to its completion, project managing the entire process.
Is a priority on all our projects, and we operate a rigorous Health & Safety strategy implemented by our H&S Managers, ensuring our premises and our sites are safe for everyone.
Our stone specialists advise on different stones and their suitability for each project. They will provide early cost indications to fit the budgetary requirements, and will choose the most suitable supplier.
The in-house design team will develop detailed drawings from the design specifications and can generate drawings from architects’ concept drawings, offering creative, thoughtful and engineered solutions to problems if they arise.
We have a state of the art fabrication plant with primary and secondary saws and the latest technology. Profiling and 3D shapes are carved or finished by highly skilled banker masons.
We have a bespoke system for logging and tracking every piece of stone to ensure they are packed safely on pallets and delivered to site in a logical order for installation.
The Meister banker masons and project managers enforce strict quality control. Every piece of stone is checked and assessed before being released for delivery, each piece is further inspected following installation.
All installation is managed by one of our top site managers and undertaken by our teams of experienced fixer masons who deliver precise finish and fitting using traditional masonry fixing methods.
On completion of a project Meister Masonry will offer comprehensive advice on the best maintenance and cleaning regime for the stone to keep it looking pristine. Regular maintenance is always advised.
We operate using a sustainable approach in all our activities and work all our blocks to maximise output and minimise waste, reducing Client costs. We recycle any remaining stone into aggregates and harvest all rainwater to service our production facility.
We offer apprenticeships and training alongside our experienced masons actively encouraging learning. Our specialists also give CPDs and lectures to companies around the country to further knowledge of the stone industry.
Our industry leading Project Managers facilitate the smooth running of each site, ensuring the highest standard of delivery, on time and to budget; they are key in communication with the Client.
